The Phase Timer in FocusNPlay alternates between LOCK (study) and PLAY (reward) phases, helping you balance focused learning with earned screen time.

During the LOCK phase, your selected apps stay blocked until you complete your study tasks. When the PLAY phase begins, you can use those apps for the time you've earned.
