Which Phase you are currently in Phase Timer determines whether your Watchlist Apps are blocked or unblocked.

LOCK Phase: Watchlist Apps are blocked.

PLAY Phase: Watchlist Apps are unblocked.

Skipping LOCK Phase may require you to either complete a Study Session, or accept penalty.
