Watchlist Apps are the specific applications you've added to your FocusNPlay watchlist—the ones that get blocked during LOCK sessions and unlocked when you've earned screen time.

These are typically the apps that distract you most: social media, games, or entertainment. By putting them on your watchlist, you turn them into rewards that require study first.

You can add or remove watchlist apps at any time, so your list stays aligned with your current focus and goals.
