A LOCK Session is a scheduled app blocking period in FocusNPlay where your distracting apps are blocked until it ends. It can be scheduled on specific days-of-week, which repeats every week.

LOCK sessions are designed for those who desire to deep-focus on specific period of time of certain days, such as in the weekday afternoons.
